As an Indigenous person, powwows have always held a special place in my heart—they're not just events, but living expressions of our traditions, histories, and communities. Through my lens, I aim to honour the dancers, singers, and storytellers who keep our heritage alive. My goal is to convey the movement, emotion, and spiritual significance of these moments so that others can feel the heartbeat of our culture.
